In the past month they have taken three trees down on Nicoll Street in my block. I would like to know why mine wasn't one of them. Please respond.

How about fixing the side walk?

Still no action on this problem. Accident waiting to happen!!

The city can at least fix the sidewalk that is raised up because of the roots of this onerous tree. It is so dangerous to walkers, runners and baby carriages.

Now it is 11 years and no response. Neighbors report to me that they tripped and fell on the cement that is raised because of this tree in front of my house. Can you at lease fix the sidewalk.!! Does the city really want a law suit when someone falls cracks their head and DIES??

Something has to be done. Now there are branches down sitting in front of my neighbors house.

Getting worse. Will be a problem in the snow since side walk is very lifted up and people will not be able to see it. I suppose the excuse is now it is too cold to repair the side walk, let alone trim a tree.

The gap is increasing from the tree roots pushing the cement upward. Step up or fall down. Time to take the tree down.

I broke my foot on a side walk two house down with the same problem as this. It is a 6 week recover, no driving , lost wages dependence on neighbors and friends. These trees need to be removed and the sidewalks fixed immediately!!!

This is the sidewalk I broke my foot on. Please fix it so that no one else harms themselves. take down the trees. Redo the cemented sidewalk properly so this does not happen to anyone else.

Notice some white markings on pavement along with water and gas. When are repairs going to be made?

Still no repairs. Saw two people go flying over the step because they caught their foot on the raised sidewalk. Fix please.
